Staining with anti-CD127 / IL7R / IL7RA antibody reveals CD127 / IL7R / IL7RA expression is expected to be primarily localized to the cytosol and nucleoplasm.Observed Antibody Staining Data By Tissue Type:
Variations in CD127 / IL7R / IL7RA antibody staining intensity in immunohistochemistry on tissue sections are present across different anatomical locations. An intense signal was observed in exocrine glandular cells in the pancreas, glandular cells in the thyroid gland and non-germinal center cells in the tonsil. More moderate antibody staining intensity was present in exocrine glandular cells in the pancreas, glandular cells in the thyroid gland and non-germinal center cells in the tonsil. Low, but measureable presence of CD127 / IL7R / IL7RA could be seen in cells in the tubules in kidney, epidermal cells in the skin, glandular cells in the endometrium, fallopian tube, gallbladder, prostate and stomach, hepatocytes in liver, Leydig cells in the testis, myocytes in skeletal muscle, neuronal cells in the caudate nucleus and cerebral cortex and squamous epithelial cells in the esophagus. We were unable to detect CD127 / IL7R / IL7RA in other tissues. Disease states, inflammation, and other physiological changes can have a substantial impact on antibody staining patterns. These measurements were all taken in tissues deemed normal or from patients without known disease.Observed Antibody Staining Data By Tissue Disease Status:
