Tested Applications: Flow Cytometry.
Application Notes: Isotype control antibodies should be used in most flow cytometry staining. These antibodies are used to control for background signal attributable to non-specific interactions of primary antibodies. Be sure to select an isotype control with the same conjugate and isotype as the primary antibodies you are using to label your samples. The isotype control antibody should be added at the same dilution as the primary antibody
Buffer and Stabilizer: 10 mM NaH2PO4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.09% NaN3, 0.1% gelatin, pH7.2

Antibody Purification Method:
Storage Conditions: 2-8C protected from light. Stable for 12 Months. Do Not Freeze.
Frequently Used Alternate Names: (Additional alternate names exist but are infrequently used and possibly ambiguous).
General Information for Isotype Control: The C1.18.4 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The C.1.18.4 immunolglobulin has an unknown binding specificity and is used as an isotype control for mouse IgG2a antibodies.
