Application Notes: Isotype control antibodies should be used in most flow cytometry staining. These antibodies are used to control for background signal attributable to non-specific interactions of primary antibodies. Be sure to select an isotype control with the same conjugate and isotype as the primary antibodies you are using to label your samples. The isotype control antibody should be added at the same dilution as the primary antibody

General Information for Isotype Control: The MCMP-11 antibody is a highly published isotype control. This isotype control antibody was generated in mouse and has an IgG2b isotype making it a suitable control for experiments using mouse IgG2b primary antibodies. The MCP-11 control antibody is not known to bind any specific targets and exhibits very low background.
