| Flow Cytometry | This antibody may be used in flow cytometry with a secondary antibody, although we recommend directly conjugating using an amine-reactive dye and dye removal procedure. Contact us for a protocol. Recommended Concentration for FC is 0.5-1ug of antibody/million cells in 0.1 ml. |
| ICC/IF | Please see our ICC/IF protocol for general recommendations for immunofluorescent staining of cells. Recommended concentration is 1-2ug of antibody/ml. Acetone fixing cells gives optimal staining in our experience with this antibody. Incubate primary 30 minutes at room temp. |
| Immunohistochemistry (IHC) | We recommend this antibody for formain-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. See our IHC protocol for general staining protocols and antigen retrieval recommendations. Recommended dilution is 1-2ug of antibody/ml for 30 minutes at RT (dilution factor of 1:100 to 1:200). |
