QAB63-Rat-IgG1-Isotype-Control-HRPN Antibody suitable as a control for Rat IgG1 primary antibodies

Available Conjugates: Unconjugated, APC, FITC, PerCP-Cy5.5, PE, PE-Cy7, V450

Tested Applications: Flow Cytometry.
Application Notes: Isotype control antibodies should be used in most flow cytometry staining. These antibodies are used to control for background signal attributable to non-specific interactions of primary antibodies. Be sure to select an isotype control with the same conjugate and isotype as the primary antibodies you are using to label your samples. The isotype control antibody should be added at the same dilution as the primary antibody
Clonality: Monoclonal
Host: Rat
Isotype: IgG1
Buffer and Stabilizer: 10 mM NaH2PO4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.09% NaN3, pH 7.2
Antibody Concentration: 0.5 mg/mL
Antibody Purification Method:
Storage Conditions: 2-8C protected from light. Stable for 12 Months. Do Not Freeze.
Frequently Used Alternate Names: (Additional alternate names exist but are infrequently used and possibly ambiguous).
General Information for Isotype Control: The HRPN clone is useful as an isotype control for flow cytometry. This rat IgG1 control antibody is not known to bind any specific targets and exhibits very low background which makes it an ideal control for experiments using rat IgG1 primary antibodies.
