Application Notes
Definition of Unit (for specific activity): One unit is defined as 1 µmol of NAD+ production per minute under the assay conditions (25°C, pH 7.5).
Bioactivity Data: The specific activity was found to be 115 U/mg.
Purity: Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Endotoxin Levels: < 1.0 EU per ug protein as determined by the LAL method.
Buffer: One ml of solution contains 0.075 mol/l KPO4, 50% Glycerol, pH 7.1.
Storage Conditions: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered clear solution.
