Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant IL36G based upon sequence from Mouse
Host: QP10729 protein expressed in E. Coli.
Available Tags: Untagged
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of IL36G was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: Bioactive
Application Notes
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL36g in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: The ED50 as determined by inducing IL-6 secretion in murine NIH/3T3 cells is less than 10 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1.0×105 IU/mg.
Amino Acid Sequence: GRETPDFGEV FDLDQQVWIF RNQALVTVPR SHRVTPVSVT ILPCKYPESL EQDKGIAIYL GIQNPDKCLF CKEVNGHPTL LLKEEKILDL YHHPEPMKPF LFYHTRTGGT STFESVAFPG HYIASSKTGN PIFLTSKKGE YYNINFNLDI KS
Purity: Greater than 97.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin Levels: < 1.0 EU per ug protein as determined by the LAL method.
Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5, 150mM NaCl and Tween-20.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized IL36g Mouse although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL36g should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
