Application Notes
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized NRG1-B1 in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: The ED50 was determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human MCF-7 cells is less than 0.5ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of >2.0×10^6 units/mg.

Storage Conditions: Lyophilized NRG1-B1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution NRG1-B1 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
