Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized SAA Human in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: The biological activity determined by its ability to down-regulate lipid biosynthesis in aortic smooth muscle cells. The effective concentration was found to be 4µM.

Buffer: Human SAA was lyophilized from a concentrated (1 mg/ml) solution in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 9.0 and 150mM NaCl.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized Human SAA although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Human SAA should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
