Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized SAKin sterile 18MΩ.cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: The biological activity measured by the ability of fibrin lysis in agarose plate was found to be 50,000IU/mg.
