Application Notes
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Bovine Trypsin in sterile 18MΩ.cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: 3,650 Units/mg.
Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin Levels: < 1.0 EU per ug protein as determined by the LAL method.
Buffer: The protein was lyophilized without any additives.
Storage Conditions: Bovine Trypsin although stable at room temp for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered lyophilized powder.
