Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Protein G in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Additional Testing: The recombinant Protein G is a genetically engineered protein contains 3 IgG-binding regions of protein G.
Bioactivity Data: Untested
Purity: Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses.
Endotoxin Levels: Not Determined. Testing recommended prior to use in cell culture and can be performed upon request.

Storage Conditions: Lyophilized Protein G although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Protein G should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
