Plate Coating Instructions: 0.4-1.0 µg/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for biotinylation and iodination.
Other Applications: 1. DLST binds IgG-type human auto-antibodies. 2. Standard ELISA test (checkerboard analysis of positive/negative sera panels); immunodot test with positive/negative sera panels.

Buffer: DLST (0.74 mg/ml) is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH 8.0, 200mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Storage Conditions: Store DLST at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
