Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine Recombinant in sterile 18MΩ.cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: Untested
Endotoxin Levels: Not Determined. Testing recommended prior to use in cell culture and can be performed upon request.
Buffer: The Endothelial-Mitogen was lyophilized from a concentrated solution containing 0.1M NaCl and 5mM NaH2PO4, pH 7.4.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine Recombinant should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
