Application Notes Recombinant Albumin can be used as a media culture supplement at concentrations up to 5 grams per liter. Gradual adaptation of cell lines over several passages to a concentration of 0.5gr to 2gr per liter.
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized HSA in sterile water at a conc. of 1 mg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
