Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: Add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/mL and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.

Buffer: The UMOD protein was lyophilized from 0.4µm filtered solution at a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml containing deionized water.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized UMOD although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution UMOD should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
