General Description of Recombinant Human APOE3.
Human APOE3 (19-317) produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 306 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 35kDa. The APOE is fused to a 7 amino acid His tag [M-HHHHHH] at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.

Human APOE3 Bioactive Protein Product Attributes

Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant APOE3 based upon sequence from Human
Host: QP10522 protein expressed in E. Coli.
Available Tags: His
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of APOE3 was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
