Mouse b NGF Bioactive Protein Product Attributes
Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant b NGF based upon sequence from Mouse
Host: QP10528 protein expressed in Native Protein, E. Coli.
Available Tags: Untagged
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of b NGF was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: Bioactive
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Murine NGF-beta in sterile 18MΩ.cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: The method used to test the bioassay is the NGF-dependent survival of dorsal root ganglia neurons of chick embryo, corresponding to a Specific Activity of 500,000IU/mg.
