Definition of Unit (for specific activity): One Unit hydrolyzes one micromole of hippuryl-L-arginine per minute at 25°C, pH 7.65.
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Rat Carboxypeptidase-B in sterile 18MΩ.cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
