Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Human CTRB1 in 1ml 50mM HAc which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: 1100 units/mg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will hydrolyze 1.0 ?mole of N-alpha-acetyl-L-tyrosine ethyl ester (ATEE) per min at pH 7.0 at 25°C.
