General Description of Recombinant Rat IL 15.
Rat Interleukin-15 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 115 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 13533 Dalton. The IL-15 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.

Rat IL 15 Bioactive Protein Product Attributes

Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant IL 15 based upon sequence from Rat
Host: QP10693 protein expressed in E. Coli.
Available Tags: Untagged
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of IL 15 was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: Bioactive
