General Description of Recombinant Human TGFBR2.
Human TGFBR2 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain encoding 133 amino acids (27-159 AA ), the extracellular domain of TGFBR2, having a molecular mass of 15.1 kDa. TGFBR2 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.

Human TGFBR2 Bioactive Protein Product Attributes

Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant TGFBR2 based upon sequence from Human
Host: QP10877 protein expressed in E. Coli.
Available Tags: Untagged
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of TGFBR2 was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: Bioactive
Application Notes
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TGFBR2 in sterile 18MΩ.cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: In ELISA assay, concentrations 0.5-1µg/ml can be used for TGF-beta measurements

Purity: Greater than 97.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin Levels: < 1.0 EU per ug protein as determined by the LAL method.
Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2 ?m filtered solution in buffer containing 150mM NaCl & 50mM sodium phosphate buffer pH 7.5.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized TGFBR2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution TGFBR2 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
