Thioredoxin Reductase (NADPH) Yeast Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 36 kDa. Thioredoxin Reductase is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.
