Definition of Unit (for specific activity): One Unit oxidizes one micromole of NADH per minute at 25°C, at pH 7.6.
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Urease in sterile 18Mâ¦.cm H2O.
Bioactivity Data: The activity was found to be 141U/mg powder.
Purity: Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin Levels: < 1.0 EU per ug protein as determined by the LAL method.
Buffer: Each mg of protein contains 420µg Potassium Phosphate and 30µg EDTA Na2.
