Looking for a phone number?  We no longer have phone support for the following reasons:

• The languages and nationalities of the scientific community span the globe. Language barriers can be a significant issue in understanding a customer’s requests.  Written communication is much easier to understand.
• We are very small company. We believe in personally handling each request with a trained researcher, even for taking orders. It is not always possible to make this happen while working in the lab or handling other customers at the same time.
• When you start a chat or an email, your’re speaking with a real person with many years lab bench research experience, not a robot.
