Mouse CD14 Recombinant Protein Product Attributes
Product Type: Recombinant Protein
Recombinant CD14 based upon sequence from Mouse
Host: QP11301 protein expressed in CHO, Insect.
Available Tags: His
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of CD14 was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: See Application Notes
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Mouse CD14 in sterile 18MΩ.cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Endotoxin Levels: Not Determined. Testing recommended prior to use in cell culture and can be performed upon request.
Buffer: CD14 was lyophilized from a concentrated protein solution (1 mg/ml) containing phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.2.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized Mouse CD14 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Mouse CD14 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
