General Description of Recombinant Human EPHA2.
Human EPHA2 produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain (Ala24-Glu530) containing a total of 515 amino acids, having a calculated molecular mass of 56.9kDa. The EPHA2 protein is fused to a 2 aa C-terminal linker and a 6 aa C-terminal His tag.

Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to add 200µl deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. EPHA2 is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.

Storage Conditions: Store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.
