Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Filamin protein at a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml in water.
Bioactivity Data: Untested
Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin Levels: Not Determined. Testing recommended prior to use in cell culture and can be performed upon request.
Buffer: The protein was lyophilized from a 1 mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris / acetate buffer pH 7.6, 0.1mM EDTA, 2mM DTT, 9M urea and 20mM NaCl.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized Filamin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Filamin should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
