General Description of Recombinant Human LFA 3.
Human Lymphocyte Function-Associated Antigen-3 Fusion Protein is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) mammalian cell expression system. The molecular weight is 91.4 kDa. Recombinant LFA3 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.

Buffer: Each mg of CD58 contains 0.8 mg sucrose, 0.3 mg glycine, 0.25 mg sodium citrate dihydrate, and 4µg citric acid monohydrate.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized LFA3 Human although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Human LFA-3 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
