Porcine LH Recombinant Protein Product Attributes

Product Type: Recombinant Protein
Recombinant LH based upon sequence from Porcine
Host: QP12568 protein expressed in Native Protein.
Available Tags: Untagged
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of LH was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: See Application Notes
Application Notes
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Porcine LH in sterile 18M-cm H2O at 100IU/4ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: Untested
Amino Acid Sequence: MEMLQGLLLW LLLSVAGVWA SRGPLRPLCR PINATLAAEN EACPVCITFT TSICAGYCPS MVRVLPAALP PVPQPVCTYR ELSFASIRLP GCPPGVDPTV SFPVALSCHC GPCRLSSSDC GGPRAQPLAC DRPLLPGLLF L
Endotoxin Levels: Not Determined. Testing recommended prior to use in cell culture and can be performed upon request.
Buffer: The LH was lyophilized with no additives.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized Porcine LH although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution LH should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
