General Description of Recombinant Human SFRP4.
Human SFRP4 produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain (a. a 19-346) containing a total of 341 amino acids, having a molecular mass of 39kDa (calculated), though it migrates at approximately 55kDa on SDS PAGE, the SFRP4 is fused to a 5 a. a N-terminal linker and an 8 a. a Flag tag at N-Terminus. The Human SFRP4 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants.

Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to add 200µl deionized water to a working concentration of 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. SFRP4 is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.

Buffer: Filtered (0.4µm) and lyophilized from 0.5 mg/ml in 0.05M phosphate buffer and 0.075M NaCl, pH 7.4.
Storage Conditions: Store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.
