Human VNN1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (Gln22-Gly491) containing 480 amino acids including a 10 aa His tag at N-terminus. The total calculated molecular mass is 53.5kDa.

Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to add 200µl of deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. VNN1 is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
