Endotoxin Levels: < 1.0 EU per ug protein as determined by the LAL method.
Buffer: The AKR1C1 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 1mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
Storage Conditions: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 343 amino acids (1-323 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 38.9 kDa. The AKR1C1 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
