Mouse APRIL Bioactive Protein Product Attributes
Product Type: Bioactive Protein
Recombinant APRIL based upon sequence from Mouse
Host: QP10523 protein expressed in E. Coli.
Available Tags: Untagged
Protein Construction: A cDNA sequence encoding the sequence of APRIL was constructred and used to recombinantly synthesize the protein.
Recommended Applications: Bioactive
Application Notes
Recommended Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized APRIL in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bioactivity Data: Determined by a cell proliferation assay using activated T cells.
Amino Acid Sequence: AVLTQKHKKK HSVLHLVPVN ITSKADSDVT EVMWQPVLRR GRGLEAQGDI VRVWDTGIYL LYSQVLFHDV TFTMGQVVSR EGQGRRETLF RCIRSMPSDP DRAYNSCYSA GVFHLHQGDI ITVKIPRANA KLSLSPHGTF LGFVKL
Purity: Greater than 97.0% as determined by Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin Levels: < 1.0 EU per ug protein as determined by the LAL method.
Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.02 % Tween-20.
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized APRIL although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution APRIL should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
