General Description of Recombinant Human APRIL. | |
Human APRIL produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 159 amino acids (105-247) and having a molecular mass of 17.6kDa. APRIL is fused to a 16 amino acid T7-tag at N-terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
