General Description of Recombinant Mouse IMPAD1. | |
Mouse IMPAD1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 332 amino acids (34-356AA ) and having a molecular mass of 36.2kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). IMPAD1 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
