General Description of Recombinant Human PPIL3. | |
Human PPIL3 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 181 amino acids (1-161 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 20.3kDa. PPIL3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
