| Human ACVR2A produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 124 amino acids (20-135AA ) and having a molecular mass of 14.4kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa). ACVR2A is fused to 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
