Human ASB13 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 301 amino acids (1-278 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 32.4kDa. ASB13 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
