Human ATP1B1 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 264 amino acids (63-303) and having a molecular mass of 30.4 kDa. ATP1B1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
