Buffer: The AURKA solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.5mM DTT, 100mM NaCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 0.1mM EGTA, 0.1mM PMSF and 20% glycerol.
Storage Conditions: AURKA although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
