General Description of Recombinant Human CABP7. | |
CABP7 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 208 amino acids (1-188 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 23.7kDa. CABP7 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
