| Human CD160 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 142 amino acids (27-159AA ) and having a molecular mass of 15.9kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28kDa). CD160 is expressed with a 6 amino acids His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
