| Human CD276 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 446 amino acids (29-466AA ) and having a molecular mass of 48.1kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa). CD276 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
