| Human CD47 produced in Sf9 Insect cell is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 362 amino acids (19-141aAA) and having a molecular mass of 40.9kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). CD47 is fused to a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
