| Human CD79A produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 119 amino acids (33-143AA ) and having a molecular mass of 13.6kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28kDa). CD79A is expressed with a 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. | |
