General Description of Recombinant Human CDKN3. | |
Human CDKN3 fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 232 amino acids (1-212 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 25.9kDa. The CDKN3 is purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
