Human CLEC4E produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 200 amino acids (41-219 AA) and having a molecular mass of 22.9kDa. CLEC4E is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
