General Description of Recombinant Human CPOX. | |
Human CPOX produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 367 amino acids (111-454) and having a molecular mass of 41.6kDa. CPOX is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
