CTDSP1 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 280 amino acids (1-260 AA ) and having a molecular mass of 31.2kDa. CTDSP1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by using an optimized multi-step FPLC method for maximum separation from contaminants. |
